Seniors in Wii Tournament

The challenge was issued, the seniors of the Atlanta Housing Authority's Lane portfolio ANSWERED!

On October 21 the Wii Tournament held at Cosby Spear Towers was on. The seniors from Cosby Spear, Piedmont highrise, East Lake highrise and Georgia Avenue battled fearlessly for the title of "Wii Champion".

Unique afterschool program for apartment residents

A unique program at the Hickory Falls apartment complex in Villa Rica gives working parents an option for their children that keeps them from coming home to an empty apartment.Through Community Life Concepts, a non-profit group dedicated to providing social services to housing authorities and apartment owners, Hickory Falls management offers residents a free afterschool program for their children.

2009 Rally for Afterschool programs

Community Life Concepts joined in partnership with the US Department Of Education's Office of Juvenile Justice and Deliquency Prevention to host a night of afterschool program recognition. CLC programs in Louisiana (Provident Realty), Georgia (O'Brien, Vista Realty, MMA, Lane, Ambling, Columbia Property Group), Dallas TX (Provident Realty), and Jacksonville FL (MMA) participated in the "National Lights ON Program" highlighting afterschool programs and the benefits they offer.

Community Life concepts continues to grow in the state of Louisiana.

In the months of August and November CLC added two after school programs in the state of Louisiana. Pine Crest in austust and the Marquis in November. These new communities celebrated with a Grand Opening to the public. City officials, CLC Louisiana staff (including Diann Jenkins, CEO, Tony Tucker, DOO and Lathan Wood, LA Regional Mgr), Lane management staff and Provident Realty (property owners) were on hand for the occassion.
