Diann Jenkins, Founder

Community Life Concepts Founder and CEO Diann Jenkins has always been committed to helping those in need. After receiving her degree from the University of South Carolina in education and a Masters Degree in Gifted Education, Jenkins became a gifted education teacher for more than 9 years. Later she entered into the field of property management, where her expertise centered on enhancing the home rental experience for residents.

Through her years of experience in the rental property business, she became familiar with the challenges faced by families desiring to purchase homes. With her focus on improving the lives of others, Jenkins was determined to change the mindset of people regarding affordable housing in order to create thriving and prosperous communities. What started as a winning entry in a company challenge years ago has grown to become a team of dedicated staff and volunteers across the Southeast and beyond who are improving the quality of life at rental properties.

Through customized programs to match the needs of each community, CLC is helping to create a greater sense of home for residents and a strong foundation of neighborhood unity within rental properties by changing the way people view renting.
