About Us
CLC Staff
For more than 10 years Community Life Concepts (CLC) has provided quality social services to housing authorities and apartment owners. Our creative site-based services empower residents, nurture family values, facilitate community partnerships, and foster supportive environments that cultivate economic growth and stability. We advocate self-sufficiency by offering social, economic, and educational opportunities to residents, unlocking potential for growth and prosperity, while providing business incentives to apartment owners. It’s a win-win situation for residents and owners. For the resident, it encourages a commitment to the community and creates a bond with neighbors. For the owner, it reduces resident turnover, attracts new residents, and increases value of the property.
Our Vision
At CLC, our vision is to create communities where individuals and families live healthy and productive lives based on strong families and economic independence. Communities where real opportunities exist for education, employment, housing, health care, good nutrition and resource development. Where people live, work and play together in a safe environment that embodies a spirit of cooperation and partnership.
Our Goal
To provide Resident Services Programs that result in a significant and measurable improvement in the quality of life of apartment community residents of all ages.
